I just have to say how awesome these guys are. Mike and Chris are the best of the best to deal with from a sales point of view. Wayne the finance guys is super approachable and explains everything properly. Most importantly Richard the GM is an absolute gem. Normally a GM isn’t seen but this guy cares about his product and is there when you want to ask a question in person. I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again to buy a vehicle and they have earned a lifetime customer. All the rest are garbage compared to White Rock Dodge. Never have I been so impressed with a car dealership. I met a young man named Jeremy who was new to the sales team and had more character than any sales person I have ever met. I am looking for a very specific truck with a very specific budget. I have been to approximately 10 dealerships across the Lower Mainland and choose to give my business to Jeremy. He has bent over backwards to earn my business and as he is brand new has had the support of the rest of the sales team. I suffer from social anxiety and budget my money very closely. He didn't pressure me on anything, and was full of information on any vehicle I had questions on. A straight up, friendly and honest salesman. After a few not so good experiences at another dealership, I decided to shop around for my new RAM. From the moment I walked onto the lot at White Rock Dodge, I was greeted with warmth and respect. Transparency and honest communication is very rare in the car dealer business in my opinion but, that’s exactly what I got with these guys.
